| The
different categories of reports include:
Frequency Distribution Reports
These are summary reports that provide
a count of how often respondents chose
each available answer and what percentage
of the total available answers the
count represents.
Cross Tabulation Reports
Cross-tabulation reports provide
a powerful technique for summarizing
the relationship between one question
and another. These reports pivot one
question horizontally (the "column"
question) against a second question
vertically (the "row" question).
Response Summary Reports
These reports provide aggregate information
on survey responses, including descriptive
statistics, ranking, and origin of
responses.
Response Detail Reports
These reports provide detailed information
on survey responses, including text
and paragraph responses, text questions
with numeric responses, "Other"
responses, and selected responses
using advanced search.
Exported Reports (SPSS and
Excel formats) You
can export your report either to a
native SPSS ".sav" file,
or an Excel ".csv" file
for analysis with other software tools.
When you export a report in this way,
you will be prompted to download the
file once the export is complete.
